This license refers to the use of Digital Art Junky LLC software tools including digital brushes, stamps, swatches, color palettes, and texture images (collectively "Graphic Assets").

WHO IS THIS LICENSE FOR?
Individuals, freelancers, creative agencies, and organizations with less than $250 million USD in annual revenue.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN USE A PURCHASED PRODUCT?
The number of users allowed is equal to the number selected at purchase, shown on your receipt as the product quantity.

HOW MANY DEVICES CAN IT BE USED ON?
Each user may install or use the Graphic Assets on up to two devices for their own use (e.g., a studio desktop and a personal laptop or tablet).

ARE STAMPS AND PAPER TEXTURES ALLOWED FOR COMMERCIAL USE?
No. Stamps and paper texture files from Digital Art Junky may not be used in any commercial project. Their use is strictly limited to non-commercial, personal, or educational purposes. Use in any product or work intended for sale, resale, or commercial distribution is expressly prohibited.

COMMERCIAL USE ALLOWED (BRUSHES & COLOR PALETTES ONLY)
Commercial use is permitted only for brushes and color palettes, subject to the following:

• Print and digital publishing (e.g., comics, book covers, magazines, picture books)
• Music packaging (physical and digital)
• Social media content (personal, business, and client accounts)
• Branding, logos, posters, stationery, and signage
• Creation of digital stock art/photos, including NFTs (flattened or rasterized only)
• Physical products for sale (homewares, apparel, packaging, etc.) — up to 250,000 units
• Video advertising and broadcasting — up to 500,000 lifetime views
• Print and outdoor advertising (local and national)
• Use in a single desktop, web, or mobile app (rasterized only)

USES REQUIRING AN EXTENDED LICENSE

• Companies with annual revenue over $250 million
• Global or multi-national advertising campaigns
• Embedding in "create-on-demand" or DIY customization software/tools
• Any use that exceeds the limits above

USES NOT PERMITTED

• Resale, sublicensing, sharing, or redistributing the original assets
• Installation in unauthorized applications
• Uploading to cloud or file-sharing platforms for others to access
• Reverse-engineering or reproducing the assets for resale
• Embedding editable assets in templates or software
• Using assets as the sole design element in any commercial product (e.g., a texture used alone on a mug)
• Any use of stamps or paper textures in commercial works
• Any illegal, harassing, or defamatory use

LICENSE TYPE
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. All rights not expressly granted remain with Digital Art Junky, LLC.

SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY
Installable Graphic Assets (e.g., brushes, color palettes, swatches) are licensed for use only in the software specified on the product page at the time of purchase. For example, Photoshop brushes are licensed only for use with Adobe Photoshop and compatible Adobe iPad apps. They may not be installed or used in third-party applications such as Procreate, Affinity, GIMP, or others.

Image-based assets (e.g., textures in .JPG, .PNG, .PSD formats) may be used in any compatible application.

FULL END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Digital Art Junky, LLC (the "Licensor") for the licensing and use of certain digital graphic assets ("Graphic Assets") which may include brushes, swatches, color palettes, patterns, textures, and other design tools provided in digital form.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE Upon purchase, and subject to full compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Graphic Assets according to the permitted uses defined in this document.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

• License applies to the number of users purchased.
• Each user may use the assets on up to two devices.
• The assets must not be shared, distributed, or installed beyond the licensed user(s).
• Only brushes and color palettes are licensed for commercial use.
• Stamps and paper textures are strictly limited to non-commercial projects.

3. PERMITTED USES As listed in the Commercial Use and Permitted Use Summary sections above.

4. PROHIBITED USES As listed in the Uses Not Permitted and Prohibited Uses Summary sections above.

5. MODIFICATIONS Licensee may modify the Graphic Assets for permitted use, but may not claim authorship of the modified version or redistribute it.

6. OWNERSHIP The Graphic Assets remain the intellectual property of Digital Art Junky, LLC and/or its contributors. No ownership is transferred under this Agreement.

7. TERMINATION This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate the license if Licensee breaches any term. Upon termination, Licensee must delete all copies of the Graphic Assets.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Graphic Assets are provided "as is" without warranties. Licensor is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the assets.

9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Digital Art Junky, LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Graphic Assets, you agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement.
